Clinical Research

Many members of our faculty are principal investigators or co-investigators on a number of clinical trials and clinical research initiatives. Their efforts cross the wide spectrum of endocrine and metabolic diseases and issues, including diabetes, thyroid, lipid, bone and mineral, and women's health.

Examples of current studies include:

  • The effect of lifestyle modification in an overweight/obese population on multi-marker, blood-based assay to assess the risk of developing type 2 diabetes mellitus
