The McKinney Lab focuses on Clinical research in lymphoid malignancies; Translational studies of genetic/genomic heterogeneity of lymphomas; and Understanding of resistance mechanisms to targeted therapeutics.

Current Studies

  • Understanding genetic/genomic heterogeneity of lymphomas
  • Characterization of gene expression/mutation patterns in lymphomas
  • Identification of genomic features underlying survival in lymphoma
  • In vitro/in vivo modeling of lymphoma genomics (RNAi/CAS9-CRISPR/murine models)
  • JAK-STAT signaling in lymphoid malignancies
  • Understanding of resistance mechanisms to targeted therapeutics
  • Translational correlative studies and clinical trial development
  • Clinical application of next generation sequencing technologies/assays
