About Duke University and Durham
What is the best thing about living in Durham and the Triangle?
Affordable, nice weather, friendly people, and lots of options for outdoor activities.
Where did you choose to live and why?
I purchased a home in the Hope Valley Farms neighborhood. The real estate market in the Triangle is low risk and houses are very affordable. It is a 10 minute drive to the hospital and close to parks, restaurants, and shopping. The neighborhood is quiet and family friendly.
