The School of Medicine will host a New Faculty Orientation on Fri., Sept. 20 from 8 a.m.-3 p.m. in the Great Hall of the Trent Semans Center for Health Education.
Registration is required.
Topics will include:
- Introduction to School of Medicine structure and key policies
- Information on academic integrity and tips for deftly navigating research resources
- Understanding appointments, promotion and tenure at Duke
- Discussion about managing your career
