Cameron and Teitelman-Grotegut named co-medical directors for clinical access

Blake Cameron, MD, MBI, medical instructor (Nephrology), and Melissa Teitelman-Grotegut, MD, associate professor of medicine (Gastroenterology) have been named co-medical directors for clinical access in the Department of Medicine.

In this role, Dr. Cameron and Dr. Teitelman-Grotegut will serve as Private Diagnostic Clinic (PDC) Clinical Access Champions for the Department, and they will join the clinical leadership team lead by the Vice Chair for Clinical Affairs. 

“These access champions will play an important role in helping our clinics increase the availability of our specialists to see patients who need their expert care,” said Ziad Gellad, MD, MPH, associate vice chair for innovation and associate professor of medicine (Gastroenterology).
