Criscione-Schreiber: two awards for Rheumatology work

Lisa Criscione-Screiber, MDLisa Criscione-Schreiber, MD, has received notices of two grant awards today from the American College of Rheumatology Research and Education Foundation. She is the recipient of both the Clinican Scholar Educator Award ($50K per year for 3 years for the support of an educational project and career development) as well as the Rheumatology Fellowship Training Award ($25K towards fellow stipends). "The Clinican Scholar Educator Award was very competitive this year, with many outstanding applications," writes Bill St. Clair, MD, interim division chief of Rheumatology.  "Her receipt of this award attests to her impressive list of accomplishments as a rheumatology educator, potential for future career development, and the innovative nature of her proposed educational project."
