The Duke Clinical Leadership Program (DCLP) team presentations took place this past Thursday, June 20. The program consists of 24 selected participants from across all departments and is a six month leadership program involving group projects. The participants work in four groups of 6, with the end result being a written report and a presentation. This project portion of the curriculum is designed to focus on team development and effectiveness.

Award Winners
GIM Associate Professor of Medicine, Daniella Zipkin, MD, and team were awarded with the Thomas Gorrie Clinical Impact Award, which recognizes the DCLP team who best meets the project objectives of cultivating strategies for effective team management, engaging in a thorough and collaborative discovery process, and developing specific, measurable, and realistic proposed deliverables. Each fellow on the winning team will receive a $2,000 cash prize.
