Anne Phelps, MD, and Jenny Van Kirk, MD, received Excellence in Education Awards at the first Department of Medicine Annual Celebration earlier this month.
These awards are given to a faculty member in each division in recognition for excellence in medical education. Phelps received the award for internal medicine and Vank Kirk for hospital medicine.
