The Annual Assembly of Hospice and Palliative Care (#hapc21), presented by the American Academy of Hospice and Palliative Medicine (AAHPM) and the Hospice and Palliative Nurses Association (HPNA), was a 3-day virtual event that took place February 17-19. Though it was a virtual event this year, they still managed to bring together over three thousand hospice and palliative care professionals to share research, clinical best practices, and practice-related guidance to advance the specialty and improve patient care. It featured high quality education and opportunities to network on a new virtual platform. The meeting was designed so attendees could network one on one, in small groups, and with faculty during the educational sessions via chat and Twitter.

Attendees have until May 31 to claim CE/MOC for live and on-demand content. AAFP prescribed credit for the live event must be claimed by February 22, 2021.
