US News & World Report once again is surveying U.S. physicians to determine the reputation scores in the USN&WR annual listing of Best Hospitals.
This year, USN&WR will use Doximity’s Masterfile, which includes names, addresses, board certifications and other data elements for nearly all currently licensed US physicians, whether or not they are Doximity members.
Physicians have until December 5, 2014 to register as a Doximity member in order to be eligible for voting using the Doximity platform. CLaim your profile and become a Doximity member, and increase the likelihood that your opinion will be heard in the upcoming voting period, by visiting www.doximity.com.
US News will continue to survey physicians who are not members of Doximity via regular mail, as they did last year, and will weight the survey responses from each population (members vs. nonmembers) accordingly.
These changes apply to both the adult and pediatric specialty rankings. In addition, it will apply to future residency program rankings.
