The Medicine Research Conference returns Fri., Feb. 24 at 12 pm in Duke Hospital 2002 with presentations by Lori Bastian, MD, MPH, associate professor of medicine and interim chief of the Division of General Internal Medicine, and Jennifer Gierisch, PhD, assistant professor of medicine (General Internal Medicine).
Their presentations will cover explore Comparative Effectiveness Research on Smoking Cessation:
- Dr. Gierisch will present results of a comparative effectiveness systematic review, and
- Dr. Bastian will present results of a comparative effectiveness clinical trial.
