The School of Medicine Office for Faculty is pleased to announce the 2023 Leadership Development for Researchers (LEADER) Program participants, including three from the Department of Medicine.
Congratulations to Melanie Kaelberer, PhD, instructor in the division of Gastroenterology, Gedion Ngeno, MD, assistant professor, Cardiology, and Caroline Sloan, MD, assistant professor in the division of General Internal Medicine.
The program was developed to bridge the gap between the scientific expertise that led individuals to a career in academic medicine, and the management skills that will be required to succeed as the leaders of small business units.
