Joan Dupont, PhD, joined the Department of Medicine in February, 2020, as administrative operations manager. She will coordinate many of the initiatives that the vice chairs and division chiefs have identified as important for supporting our faculty, trainees, and staff in the years ahead.
Previously, Dupont was manager of organizational learning for the Duke Clinical Research Institute, and she has deep experience in developing effective organizational work practices for corporate and higher education.
