Job Description for Academic Hospitalist Position – Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center

The Department of Medicine, Section on Hospital Medicine at Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist (AHWFB) is seeking academic-minded, team-oriented Hospitalists trained in Internal Medicine to join our growing and collaborative inpatient faculty at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center—our flagship academic hospital in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.

Position Requirements:
- MD or DO with board certification/eligibility in Internal Medicine
- Eligible for North Carolina medical licensure
- Commitment to collaborative, team-based care and the AHWFB mission and values
- ACLS certification required
- No procedural skills required
