Learning Objectives

Explain and apply the latest ASE reporting and prosthetic valve updates. Incorporate right heart assessment standards. Discuss implementation strategies for guideline-based lab practice.
Identify appropriate imaging modalities for CAD assessment. Describe how to evaluate and reconcile discordant ECG and imaging findings. Compare diagnostic utility of echo, nuclear, and CT imaging.
Apply strain imaging in the evaluation of cardiomyopathies. Recognize imaging findings of hypertrophic, genetic, and infiltrative cardiomyopathies. Evaluate how imaging informs therapy in cardiac amyloidosis.
Compare key pre- and post-procedural imaging steps for TTE/TEE. Improve detection and interpretation of tricuspid valve pathology. Strengthen interdisciplinary collaboration for structural tricuspid interventions.
Define appropriate indications and limitations of cardiac POCUS. Compare POCUS to comprehensive echocardiography in clinical use. Apply best practices for image storage, documentation, and training.
