In this weekly clinical conference, fellows present cases from the inpatient consult services followed by a review of literature supporting key clinical questions raised in the case. This is a highly interactive exercise in the diagnosis and management of clinical infectious diseases and adds a wealth of case material to the repertoire of all the Division members. This conference stresses the means of arriving at the correct diagnosis more than picking the right diagnosis itself.
