I am interested in developing approaches to derive biological insight from multi-omics and biological "big" data. My areas of interest include aging, stem cell biology, and cancer. I also have a strong interest in teaching and developing novel curricula, and am an active member of Duke's +Data Science and Center for Computational Thinking.
