Are you a physician or APP at Duke? If so, please help us learn more about vaccine recommendations by completing a 15-minute survey that asks about your recommendation behaviors and provides some information about best practices. The survey is part of a research study led by researchers at Duke’s Center for Advanced Hindsight, in collaboration with GlaxoSmithKline (GSK). Click here for more information.
Why your involvement is important. Many patients who should get vaccinated don’t. Patients who report vaccine hesitancy cite concerns about efficacy, side effects, and getting sick from the vaccine, among others. By studying best practices for communicating about vaccines, we hope to increase patients’ uptake of vaccines against preventable infections.
What’s next? At the end of the survey, you will have the option to share your email address in order to complete three short (5-minute) follow-up surveys 30, 60, and 90 days after you complete the first survey. You will receive compensation for the initial survey and each follow-up survey, including bonus compensation if you complete all four of the surveys.
