Health professionals are increasingly finding themselves dealing with the impact of advances in genomics and the demands of Learning Health Systems, where information is drawn from every patient encounter.
This symposium is an opportunity to learn about the issues involved in developing an ethical framework to engage patients in their care and improve health outcomes while advancing research with appropriate protections for human subjects.
