"What Should I Eat, Doc?" is a Nutrition Symposium that will be held from 1-5 p.m. on March 28, 2018 in the Great Hall of the Trent Semans Center.

Learn evidence of nutrition and health, understand challenges in implementing evidence, identify strategies and resources to overcome challenges.

Keynote: Walter Willett, MD, PhD, Harvard University School of Public Health, world-renowned expert in nutrition and health, Principal Investigator for the Nurses' Health Studies I and II and the Health Professionals Follow-up Study.
