4 promoted to Assistant Professor in DGIM

We are pleased to announce four faculty promotions to Assistant Professor in the Division of General Internal Medicine, effective November 1, 2018:

Joseph Brogan, MDHospital Medicine, Duke University Hospital
Dr. Brogan completed his Internal Medicine Residency at Duke in 2015 and stepped into the hospitalist role at DUH where he has been ever since. His main research interest includes inter-professional education. 

Colby Feeney, MD - Hospital Medicine, Duke University Hospital
Dr. Feeney completed her combined Medicine and Pediatrics residency in 2015. She became a faculty member in our division following her residency. Her primary clinical duties have been with the Hospital Medicine Section in Duke University Health System. She also holds a secondary appointment in the Department of Pediatrics since 2016, and works as a pediatric hospitalist at Duke University Hospital.

Oliver Glass, PhD - DGIM Reseacher/Integrative Medicine
Dr. Glass joined the Duke GIM division in February of 2017 as the Interim Director of Research for Duke Integrative Medicine where he conducts translational research projects aimed to optimize health and wellness in patients. His primary research focus is understanding mediators of exercise effects on chronic disease.

Suchita Shah, MDHospital Medicine, Duke University Hospital
Dr. Shah became a faculty member with Duke GIM after she completed her Internal Medicine residency at the Hospital of University of Pennsylvania in 2015. She has distinguished herself as a clinician educator and leads a variety of initiatives for our learners.
