Heart Failure SymposiumThe Duke University School of Medicine will present its 2nd Annual Heart Failure Symposium on Saturday, September 20, from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m, at the Sheraton Imperial Hotel and Convention Center (4700 Emperor Blvd, Durham). This all-day event, endorsed by the Heart Failure Society of America, will review and discuss best practices for acute heart failure therapy, delineate best practices for when to refer advanced heart failure patients for evaluation, discuss new developments in genetics and cardio-oncology, and describe the current state of the art mechanical cardiac support for advanced heart failure.
