Boulware to lead new DCRI center to study and improve community health

Ebony Boulware, MD, MPH, chief of the Division of General Internal Medicine and professor of medicine, will lead the Duke Center for Community and Population Health Improvement.

The new center at the Duke Clinical Research Institute is designed to foster collaboration among community partners, researchers, and health system leaders. The center’s goal is to better understand how to sustain improvements in community and population health over the long term.

"Community and population health research and implementation is a team effort, and the Center brings together health practitioners and investigators from multiple sources," Dr. Boulware said. Read more.
