Leonor Corsino, MD, MHS, medical instructor (Endocrinology), recently presented at the 32nd Annual Meeting and Scientific Sessions of the Society of Behavioral Medicine. She was part of a symposium on using innovative technologies in randomized controlled trials that target weight control among young adults.
Corsino is an investigator on the Cellphone Intervention for You (CITY) trial (PI: Laura Svetkey, MD, MHS). CITY is a clinical research study being conducted at Duke University Medical Center that is designed to help overweight or obese people who are 18 to 35 years old to lose weight.
