We are proud to highlight that the Duke Clinical Leadership Program (DCLP), class of 2019, includes two from the division of general internal medicine — Daniella Zipkin, MD and Megan Brooks, MD, MPH (Hospitalist). The other two from medicine in this class of 24 are Beatrice Hong, MD (Endocrinology) and Eli Chuang, MD (DRAH Hospitalist). We look forward to the application of their new skills as clinical leaders in the health system.
For acceptance these mid-career clinicians submitted a competitive application and obtained the required nomination from our departmental leaders. As a result they get to attend six, full-day, extremely informative sessions over the course of six months, the first day was this week, February 4.
