GIM Assistant Professor of Medicine, Clarissa Diamantidis, MD, presented at the Duke Endocrinology Grand Rounds on Friday, July 28. Her presentation, "Can Telehealth Reduce Disparities in Diabetic Kidney Disease?" described technology-based disparities (using chronic kidney disease as an example), highlighted the potential and current uses of telehealth technologies in Diabetic Kidney Disease care, and examined the limitations of telehealth.
