DoM Faculty Development Academy launches, supplements ongoing mentorship

Mary Klotman, MD, chair of the department, and Laura Svetkey, MD, MHS, vice chair for faculty development and diversity, have announced the launch of the DoM Faculty Development Academy, an initiative designed to address individual faculty development needs, supplement ongoing mentorship and develop faculty in four high priority career tracks:

• Basic/translational researchers
• Clinical/health services researchers
• Administrator path
• Education scholar
