Emergency room physician, writer, and radio host Brian Goldman, MD, from Toronto's Mt. Sinai Hospital argues that medical mistakes are prevalent and can have serious personal and professional consequences. Dr. Goldman brings some radical ideas on medical culture and will be featured in the Duke Colloquium Series Tues., April 16 from 6-7:30 p.m. in Keohane Glass Atrium (in Keohane Quad). Goldman's presentation is Mea Culpa: A Professional and Personal Reflection on Medical Mistakes.
