Duke CTSI offers new data set inventory program to help researchers identify useful data resources

GetData@Duke is a CTSI-funded program designed to increase awareness of the various data resources available to Duke’s clinical research community (clinicians, faculty, fellows, residents, staff, investigators, and research navigators) and provide directions for accessing these resources.

Data resources include both Duke and non-Duke clinical (EHR) data, shared research data, and national online data sets such as those provided by the Centers for Disease Control, U.S. Census Bureau, Environmental Protection Agency, and Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services

This data set inventory helps identify the data resources that may inform a project or research question. Some data resources may be immediately available to teams from this site. Others may require the completion of a data use application form, contact the data set owner, or otherwise engage in collaborations with other investigators.

GetData@Duke is a collaboration with the Duke Health Technology Solutions (DHTS) Analytics Center of Excellence (ACE) Research Solutions Team.
