Laura Svetkey, MD, vice chair for faculty development and diversity, convened the Duke-NIH Diversity Supplement Workshop on Mon., Dec. 3, 2012. Representatives of four NIH institutes joined Dr. Svetkey and faculty from the Department of Medicine, School of Medicine and School of Nursing to review the NIH diversity supplement program (Research Supplements to Promote Diversity in Health-Related Research PA-12-149).
