Frazier, Corsino join MRRC as associate chairs

Camille Frazier, MDCamille Frazier, MD, assistant professor of medicine (Cardiology), and Leonor Corsino, MD, medical instructor in the division of Endocrinology, Metabolism and Nutrition, have been appointed associate chairs of the department's Minority Recruitment and Retention Committee. In her new role, Dr. Frazier will develop and promote the Medicine Minority Recruitment and Retention Alumni Association to facilitate networking among current MRRC members and alumni. Dr. Corsino will develop and assist with implementation of strategies to increase Latino/Latina recruitment and retention. Leonor Corsino, MD MRRC next meets Wed., Oct. 3 at 5:30 p.m. in Duke Hospital room 1308 for a professional development series discussion about developing an individualized academic plan, led by Bryan Batch, MD, assistant professor of medicine (Endocrinology, Metabolism and Nutrition).
