Each General Internal Medicine (GIM) faculty member has received a request to update their Faculty profile in the REDCap database. We ask that every faculty member complete this form each year to ensure we have the most up to date contact and work information.
Conducting Research?
This year a new form was added for those Faculty conducting Research. DGIM has developed a Science, Culture, & Accountability Plan (SCAP) that you will be asked to complete should you currently or plan to in the coming year conduct research.
At present the REDCap database does not have functionality to pre-populate the fields in the Faculty Updates Survey from year to year. We are hoping that with a future update that it will become available.
