Lloyd Michener, MD, chair of the Department of Community and Family Medicine, invites all faculty, fellows and residents to attend his department's Grand Rounds presentation Thurs., March 29, 5:30-6:30 p.m., in Hanes House Room 131.
Guest speaker will be Steven Teutsch, MD, MPH, chief science officer for the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health, and a 1974 Duke SOM grad. Dr. Teutsch is a well-known thinker and speaker on prevention and population health.
Teustch will discuss “Evidence-Based Prevention: From Evidence to Policy to Practice.”
