Lefkowitz to be honored at Durham Bulls game, throw first pitch

Robert Lefkowitz, MD, professor of medicine (Cardiology) and Nobel Prize winner in chemistry, will throw out the first pitch at the Durham Bulls game on tonight. Dr. Lefkowitz will also be honored in a pre-game ceremony with a resolution from Mayor William "Bill" Bell, who will also declare that the City of Durham will recognize August 9-16 as Robert J. Lefkowitz Week.
