Medicine faculty among inductees at AAP/ASCI annual meeting

The Association of American Physicians (AAP) and the American Society for Clinical Investigation (ASCI) held the ASCI/AAP joint meeting in Chicago recently and inducted several new members into their prestigious groups.

The ASCI inducted three researchers from Duke Department of Medicine. Because members must be 50 years of age or younger at the time of their election, membership reflects accomplishments by its members relatively early in their careers.[/toggle] No Medicine faculty were inducted into AAP this year.
