Medicine faculty among inductees at AAP/ASCI annual meeting

The Association of American Physicians (AAP) and the American Society for Clinical Investigation (ASCI) held the ASCI/AAP joint meeting in Chicago recently and inducted several new members into their prestigious groups.

The ASCI inducted three researchers from Duke Department of Medicine.

• Michael Felker, MD, MHS, professor of medicine (Cardiology)
• Eric Velazquez, MD, professor of medicine (Cardiology)
• S. Tiong Ong, MBBCh, associate professor of medicine (Medical Oncology) and Duke-NUS
