PWIM announces two peer mentoring events

The Program for Women in Internal Medicine is hosting two upcoming events:
  • The Clinical Research Group will host Diana McNeill, MD, professor of medicine (Endocrinology, Metabolism and Nutrition) who will present "Challenges and Solutions for Optimal Work/Life Balance," from 12-1 p.m. Mon., Feb. 4 in 208 Carl building.
  • The Basic Science Research Group will host John D. Whited, MD, MHS, ACOS for Research at Durham VA Medical Center, who will present "VA Research Opportunities (locally, nationally, funding, etc)," from 12-1 p.m. Thurs., Feb. 7 in the Medical Center Library Conference Room 212C.
