Save the date 10/10/13: Duke Nicotine Research Conference

The 19th annual Duke Nicotine Research Conference will be held Thur., Oct. 10 from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. at the Durham Convention Center. The conference will examine the role of non-nicotine components of tobacco in cigarette addiction and treatment in humans and nicotine self-administration in animal models. Among the 2013 speakers will be Allison Hoffman, PhD, Health Scientist with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, who will talk about tobacco regulation. This event is co-sponsored by Duke University School of Medicine and the Duke Center for Smoking Cessation.
