The Duke-NUS Graduate Medical School Singapore (Duke-NUS) invites interested Duke medical faculty to visit and speak at the school. This program will promote collaborative research projects between Duke and Duke-NUS faculty. Visiting Duke faculty will present a research seminar at Duke-NUS during their visit.
Applications are due by July 15. To apply, submit a NIH-style bio-sketch and a 1-2 page letter describing how your research program would benefit from a visit and fits with research initiatives at Duke NUS to Patricia Joseph, director of Office of Duke-NUS affairs, at patricia.joseph@dm.duke.edu.
Relevant research areas include cancer and stem cell biology, neuroscience and behavioral disorders, cardiovascular and metabolic disorders, emerging infectious diseases, and health systems and services research as well as in the clinical sciences via academic clinical programs recently established with SingHealth. Visits may be scheduled any time prior to August 31, 2015. Letters should indicate the proposed date(s) for the visit.
