Help us welcome 5 new faculty members to our division!
Alisha Benner, MD, joins our faculty as a Palliative Care Hospitalist at Duke Raleigh Hospital. She comes to us from Aspire Health where she was a lead physician. Dr. Benner completed her Internal Medicine Residency at the University of Nebraska Medical Center and her Palliative Care Fellowship at UNC Chapel Hill.
Kristy Duggan, MD, just completed her residency followed by a chief residency year at Oregon Health & Science University. She is now a hospitalist at Duke University Hospital.
Lily Huang, MD, is a hospitalist at the Durham VA Medical Center. She previously worked at the John Cochran VA Medical Center as a hospitalist. She recieved her residency training at the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center.
Diana Mehedint, MD, came to us from UNC Chapel Hill where she was a hospitalist as well as the Program Director for the Alliance for Clinical Trials in Oncology, and Research Director in the Cancer Outcomes Department. She is now a hospitalist at Duke University Hospital.
Thomas Rose, MD, just completed his Internal Medicine residency at UT Southwestern, and joined our faculty on July 22. He is a hospitalist at Duke University Hospital.
