Cecelia Zhang, MD, medical instructor (Gastroenterology), has been selected to participate in the American Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy's (ASGE) Leadership Education and Development (LEAD) Program for diverse women in gastroenterology.
"It is great to see this recognition of Dr. Zhang’s potential as a future leader in our field," said Andrew Muir, MD, chief of the Division of Gastroenterology. "I was touched to see that her nomination was led by Dr. Rebecca Burbridge, who is an alumnus of the LEAD program."
