Dr. Burke received his B.Sc. from Univ of Minnesota, Ph.D. from UC-San Diego, and postdoctoral training at Duke University, and he has extensive genetics and genomics research experience in academics and industry. Dr. Burke’s research interests include novel approaches to infection diagnosis, and he directs laboratory operations for the discovery and development of genome-based diagnostics and oversees a large clinical research biobank.
