What are your career goals? I hope to work at an academic medical center as an infectious diseases physician and medical microbiologist.

What are your research or academic areas? My research focuses on applying biomedical informatics to infectious diseases. My current projects center on methods for improving antimicrobial and diagnostic stewardship.

What are your interests outside of medicine? Gardening, cooking, and exploring hidden gems across North Carolina
