The division of General Internal Medicine is constantly evolving to help meet the changing needs of our faculty. We are thankful for a talented and resilient administrative team who can easily adjust to fit those needs. Below are recent updates to our administrative staff:
- Monique Anthony recently joined our staff and is a Research Administration Specialist for the Precision Medicine Program and DOM Research Administration (DOM RA).
- Christina Alamo has been promoted to GIM Administrative Coordinator. She also handles appointments and scheduling for the GIM Interim Division Chief, Dr. Will Yancy.
- Ashley Cabacungan has been promoted to Clinical Research Coordinator.
- Kiara Creech is now the Program Director for Precision Medicine Research and the DOM RA.
- Monica Greer is now the Program Director for Duke GIM Appointments, Promotions, and Tenure (APT) and space.
- Whitney Manley is now the Staff Specialist for GIM faculty and finance.
- Brittany Vekstein has been promoted to Communications Strategist and works for GIM, DOM, and the Precision Medicine Program.
- Pamela Williams is now the Program Coordinator for Precision Medicine, Hospital Medicine, and DOC faculty Admin.
