From Med Res News to Chief takeover!
Greetings from the AAIM –Hi Everyone! While the Zaas Boss is on vacation, she foolishly entrusted us Chiefs to do a Med Res News takeover! Just like with your schedules, we also did this last minute so get ready for some major mistakes/omissions! The jokes will always be on point though 😊.
Kudos
Kudos of the week go to Mae Hamilton from Megan Barrett for outstanding management of a sick patient overnight. To Michael Ibrahim from the Chiefs for covering a DOC shift without being on the assist list. To Shannon McGue, Jawan, and Shivy from Brian Schneider for outstanding patient care and excellence during their time on VA Gen Med. To Karen Young and Joe Goddu from Shannon McGue for being amazing to work with, caring, and thoughtful. To Nathaniel from LonZ for having a big presence in our weekly Chief meetings despite being short. And to LonZ from Nathaniel for somehow managing to have better posture walking with crutches than without them.
Pubmed from the Chief takeover!
This week’s PubMed goes to the incandescent Dr. Cat Cheney for winning the resident award at the GI research night! Go Cat Cheney!
