It’s MARCH! Happy end of Fun-burary, with a special shout out to our amazing Chief Residents for another fantastic Trivia Bowl Grand Rounds (with Matt Labs as our scorekeeper).  Hope you all were able to get your awesome GME t shirts as well from the GME Office!

Kudos this week to Roberto Rosario from Leigh Wynkoop (a bit delayed into med res news on my part!) for assessing a veteran in need in PRIME clinic in an expedited fashion, to Madeline Watson for her best CICR presentation (and to runners up Oyin Adidepe and Megan Hansen!), to Alyssa Morrison from Fiona Splaine for helping with a complex patient, to Zach Creech from our Gen Med 1 team for getting fast results for a patient during a coverage day, to Siven Chinniah for a fantastic Cohen Conference, to Arvind Konkimalla for a wonderful SAR talk and to our ACRs Karen Young, John Demis and Zach Dailey for a spectacular LEADS diagnostic reasoning conference!   Big big thank you kudos to all who helped out on Friday as well!

All trainees at Duke have FREE access to Personal Assistance Services (PAS), which is the faculty/employee assistance program of Duke University. The staff of licensed professionals offer confidential assessment, short-term counseling, and referrals to help resolve a range of personal, work, and family problems. PAS services are available free of charge to Duke faculty and staff, and their immediate family members.
