Current Studies

Sandeep Dave’s lab focuses on the genomic characterization of hematologic malignancies through a combination of genomics, in vitro and in vivo modeling. They use the “measure, model and perturb” model to define the molecular basis of different blood cancers and to generate new models based on human patients.

His group also collaborates extensively to lend their genomics expertise in a number of different cancers including solid tumors.
