- Durham VA Medical Center Palliative Care and Hospice Service
- Duke University Hospital Palliative Medicine Service
- Duke Home Care and Hospice
- Ambulatory Clinics
- Duke University Hospital Pediatric Quality of Life Service
- Elective rotations
