The School of Medicine Office for Faculty Mentoring will host K Day on Thur., Jan. 14, 2016.
K Day is an opportunity for early career investigators who are thinking about applying for an NIH career development award to learn about aspects of writing and preparing a career development award.
Sessions will be held from 8:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m. and inlcude:
- Finding your award mechanism
- Breakout panel discussions and Lunch & Learn
- Writing the career development plan
- Identifying and developing your mentoring team
