Attention GIMers: It's that time of year again to get your flu vaccination. Faculty and staff required to be vaccinated must be compliant by by 10 a.m. on November 5, 2019. You may request a medical or religious exemption from vaccination. Exemption forms and instructions for completing the forms are available here.
All GIM faculty please email Program Director, Megan Churchill, when you have received your flu shot.
