Tom Lee, MD, chief medical officer of Press Ganey Associates, will visit Duke Wed., May 21.
Faculty, staff and students are invited to attend a special presentation by Dr. Lee at 1 p.m. in the Duke South Clinic Amphitheater on "The Value Framework and Patient Loyalty: Key Elements of Strategy in the Era of Health Care Reform." The presentation will explore the strategic agenda for moving to a high-value health care delivery system. Lee recently published an article in the Harvard Business Review on this topic.
